Six Sigma Best Practices Applied to Non-Manufacturing
Traditional Six Sigma methodology has helped countless large manufacturing companies. Until the refinement of Transactional Six Sigma there has been little to offer the nontraditional operations or discrete processes oriented businesses. Transactional Six Sigma goes into the back office operations that account for as much as 40% of a company’s cost. Companies dedicate a large amount of time, resources, and personnel to managing non-manufacturing processes. Yet they rarely consider that these processes can be optimized to lower costs, improve service, and increase company and worker capability.
The Green Belt / Black Belt 2+2 format is as follows, the first two weeks are a combination of Black Belt and Green Belt candidates and the second two weeks are attended only by Black Belt candidates. This program has the added benefit of creating an environment where the Black Belts and Green Belts will begin a strong working relationship that will continue throughout your deployment. These classes are offered throughout the year. Please contact Bill Zinkgraf at bzinkgraf@sbtimail.com or (888) 752.7070 for more information.
