The Most Comprehensive Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training Program

Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) training and certification focuses on three key areas that will be used almost daily by Six Sigma Master Black Belts: Leadership, Technical Skills, and Training Capability. Upon completion of their development program, SBTI Six Sigma Master Black Belts are ready to assume leadership roles within their company in many key areas.

The Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) training program is split into five (5) Six Sigma Master Black Belt Core Sessions, each 5 days long, and an MBB Elective Program. Each Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) candidate must attend all 5 cores sessions sequentially and then electives as appropriate for their individual focus areas: Operations, Transactional or Engineering. Descriptions of these sessions follow below. Additionally, Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification is available to anyone who completes this program and meets additional performance criteria, which is audited at your site.
