Lean Sigma Black Belt
Lean Sigma is the ground up integration of the Lean and Six Sigma
process improvement methodologies. Attendees learn the roadmaps
and Black Belt tools to dramatically improve any process, including
both Clinical and Administrational processes. A Black Belt's tool
set more statistically based than that of a Green Belt and this
allows them to solve more complex, cross-functional, deeper problems.
Successful deployments typically consist of Black Belts and
Green Belts running projects across the business. Allocate those
tricky projects to Black Belts, but rely on Green Belts to resolve
the majority of problem areas.
