SBTI’s 2+2 Open Enrollment course allows Green and Black Belts an opportunity to establish a basis of teamwork before beginning the Improvement Process journey by training together, side-by-side.  Following SBTI’s DMAIC Roadmap, Belts learn how to get to the root of a company’s problems, rather than using “band aid” solutions to provide temporary solutions.  Week 2 Topics include Hypothesis Testing, t-Test, ANOVA and Lean Tools.
