Lean Six Sigma Overview
Length: One Hour

Specifically designed as awareness training for associates at all levels of an organization preparing to implement Lean Six Sigma, ensuring that the entire company knows the what, how and why of Lean and Six Sigma.

- Understand the need for, and benefits of, process improvement

Lean Six Sigma White Belt Training
Length: Six Hours
Cost: $200.00
Start the change management process by communicating the need for improvement and building awareness of what Six Sigma is and how it is a proven method to deliver breakthrough business results. This training is recommended for all associates (part-time supporters) in an organization who will have direct contact with Black Belts working on projects within your Lean Six Sigma implementation.
Participants will:
- Understand the need and benefits of process improvement
- Experience the impact of Lean Six Sigma concepts
- Be prepared to directly participate in process improvement
- Know what the tools are and why they are used in the process improvement projects
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training
Length: 12 Hours
Cost: $300.00
Prepares participants to be a significant contributing members on a Lean Six Sigma Team. This training is ideal for staff member who will be prepared in the use of non-statistical tools such as Process Mapping, Cause and Effect Matrix (C&E) and Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) in their daily work, under the leadership of Black Belts.
Participants will:
- Experience the fundamental concepts and benefits of Lean and Six Sigma
- Understand how to participate in improvement teams in support roles
- Practice several of the non-statistical tools and able to apply them to existing work or projects
LS OPS Green Belt Certification Testing
Length: Approx: 2.5 Hours
Cost: $170.00
This certification follows the DMAIC roadmap to gauge a Green Belt’s understanding of the key areas of Six Sigma methodology. Based on SBTI’s exceptional standards, there are 90 multiple-choice questions in more than 15 different focus areas. The Green Belt candidate is required to submit a completed project report along with a letter from their Champion (manager) showing business results in order to get an SBTI certification.
Candidates will be quizzed on:
- Their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of being a Green Belt
- Their ability to deliver results
- Their knowledge of the roadmaps and tools needed to perform at the Green Belt level.
DFSS Green Belt Certification Testing
Length: Approx: 2.5 Hours
Cost: $170.00
This certification follows the IDDOV: Design for Six Sigma Roadmap roadmap to gauge a Green Belt’s understanding of the key areas of the Design for Six Sigma methodology. Based on SBTI’s exceptional standards, there are 65 questions in multiple different focus areas over content covered during the two week SBTI DFSS Green Belt course. The Green Belt candidate is required to submit a completed project report along with a letter from their Champion (manager) showing business results in order obtain SBTI certification.
Candidates will be quizzed on:
1. Their understanding of the roles and – responsibilities of being a Green Belt
2. Their ability to deliver results
3. Their knowledge of the roadmaps and tools needed to perform at the Green Belt level.
LS OPS Black Belt Certification Testing
Length: Approx: 2.5 Hours
Cost: $170.00
Like the LS OPS Green Belt Certification Test, Black Belt certification follows the DMAIC roadmap to gauge a Black Belt’s understanding of the key areas of Six Sigma methodology. There are 120 multiple-choice questions in more than 15 different focus areas to include more advanced Black Belt topics such as DOE, Capability Analysis, Lean, MSA and more. The Black Belt candidate is required to submit a completed project report along with a letter from their Champion (manager) showing business results as well as participate in a project phone review with an SBTI resource in order to obtain SBTI certification.
Candidates will be quizzed on:
- Their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of being a Black Belt
- Their ability to deliver results
- Their knowledge of the roadmaps and tools needed to perform at the Black Belt level
DFSS Black Belt Certification Test
Length: Approx: 3 Hours
Cost: $170.00
This certification follows the IDDOV: Design for Six Sigma Roadmap roadmap to gauge a Black Belt’s understanding of the key areas of the Design for Six Sigma methodology. Based on SBTI’s exceptional standards, there are 103 questions in multiple different focus areas over content covered during the four week SBTI DFSS Black Belt course. The Black Belt candidate is required to submit a completed project report along with a letter from their Champion (manager) showing business results in order obtain SBTI certification (this requires an additional fee).
Candidates will be quizzed on:
1. Their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of being a Black Belt
2. Their ability to deliver results
3. Their knowledge of the roadmaps and tools needed to perform at the Black Belt level
