One month after opening an office in San Marcos, TX, Polaroid became our first key client, with 3M, American Standard/Trane, Coca-Cola Refreshments, Cummins, Johnson & Johnson, CSX, and many other industry leaders to follow in the forthcoming years. By listening to our clients, understanding their goals, and designing deployment plans that address their needs, we have been able to work collaboratively to achieve rapid results and lasting culture and behavioral change with precision focus. Today, SBTI is recognized as one of the original innovators in business process improvements and one of the most successful.
SBTI’s unique approach has helped us deliver twenty years of success, and we are proud to have been involved in 7 of the 10 most significant corporate transformations over the last decade.
